Postscript to Volume 3
I'm sorry, I'm sorry to write such a plot at the end.
However, my sister was the only character who was certain to die before I even wrote the book.
It can even be said that just as the opportunity to write the previous book was because Ye Qing was destined to have a tragic ending, the most important idea when I decided to write this book was about the death of my sister.
This extremely hopeless but destined death.
I even said that in my outline, my sister’s entry contains the last words she said.
"Can you take care of my brother?"
"Please."
"Please take care of my brother."
This sentence is taken from reality and taken from the memoirs of a French player.
As a black man, of course he was discriminated against in France since he was a child. His family was also very poor, and his mother loved him very much. Of course, these are not important, at least not important here.
He has a grandfather who supports him very much in playing football. He goes to watch almost every game. He also gives him his first, second, and third footballs, and promises that he must go and see him after he plays in Ligue 1. Game 1.
However, one of the saddest things in our world is that the most important family members in your life are almost destined to leave this world before you.
So during a break when he was playing in a training match, he received a call from his grandfather.
At that time, my grandfather's health was already very poor, and he also suffered from Parkinson's disease, which is Alzheimer's disease. He would often forget who he was and who the person in front of him was.
The player didn't even know why his grandfather called him out of the blue because they hadn't spoken in months.
But my grandfather just babbled and repeated this sentence on the phone.
"Can you take care of my daughter? Please, please take care of my daughter."
The grandfather had almost forgotten who he was and who he was calling.
But he just believed that the person he called was the only person in the world who could possibly take care of his daughter, his mother.
So he made this stupid call to the player.
And, a few days after that phone call, the grandfather died.
I was very moved by this story because it was so real and so impactful.
There are many deaths in this world that we are destined to be unable to escape, so we must always learn to face them.
That was the initial impetus for me to write this story, and the story in the book.
Please believe me, I am really sad too.
I wrote the last chapter after I stayed up until three o'clock last night. I polished it a little bit more today and posted it. Anyway, I had a bad cold and was in tears. I even had a nosebleed because I got angry during the process. At this time, the sadness must be greater than yours.
But this is really the death we are destined to face, and I wanted to write about it.
That's all.
Also - my sister will be resurrected, because Kenji retains the hope of her resurrection.
After all, we do have some supernatural powers in the books, don’t we.
Then let’s talk about this volume.
If I were to grade this volume, it would only be 4 out of 10, because the plot in the middle is really slow, and when I don’t have a manuscript saved and want to rush it, I subconsciously get into trouble. This is a very bad habit. , I will work hard to overcome it.
However, there are many chapters that I actually like very much, and I also enjoyed them when I wrote them, so I have a feeling of expressing my imaginary world in words.
Finally - the title of the next volume is Ordinary Road.
It tells the story of a young man’s desperate revenge. This is a desperate and hysterical journey of revenge. I hope to finish this volume in about 150,000 words like the first volume.
thank you all.
